Do you have a shop on the west side?

No. Our yard is at 1910 S Stapley Dr in Mesa, and every truck rolls from there. We would rather say that than claim a west side address we do not have.

How long is the drive from Mesa?

Glendale and Peoria run 35 to 45 minutes. Surprise and Goodyear run 45 to 60. Traffic on the 101 and the I-10 decides the rest, which is why the first slot of the morning is the one we can hold.

Can I still get same-day service out here?

Often, yes. We hold open time each day for emergencies and we give you a real window on the phone. If the day is already full, we say so instead of leaving you waiting.

Is the water harder in the West Valley?

It is hard everywhere in the Valley, 12 to 20 grains. That is the main reason heaters here die early and fixtures crust over. We can test what comes out of your tap and show you the number.

Do you work in the age-restricted communities?

The West Valley is three build eras at once

The old West Valley grew up along Grand Avenue. Downtown Glendale, Old Town Peoria, and the first blocks of Surprise go back to farm days. Those homes drain through cast iron or clay, and plenty still carry galvanized supply pipe.

Then came the master plans. Arrowhead Ranch, Vistancia, Marley Park, and Estrella Mountain Ranch went up in fast pushes. Every house on a street got the same heater and the same valves in the same year, so they wear out together.
